TABLE

This is my first collaboration with a brand. Pieces were sell on their website and when the brand would do public events.

I was moving from my parents apartment and sharing a new space with my roommate.  We are used to dress a table when receiving guests for dinner, with the idea that the scenery holds the same place, if not bigger than the food when remembering the moment.

At different stage in life, we find ourselves having dinner by ourself. I remember the first times my parents would go out and I’d be authorised to stay alone and have bring dinner on a platter in front of the TV. Preparing the meal tray with different compartment that would structure my meal, from starter to desert are happy moments that I still remember.

When I left my parents home, these meal tray became my way of setting a table for one or two people. For these collaboration with Table, I wanted to pay homage to these different important stages of life. From a reminder of childhood to the first moments of adulthood, I would like these three pieces to beautify the kitchen for oneself.

SPACETALK

The owner of Spacetalk approached me while the bar was still under construction. He shared samples of the materials and colors that would make up the space, the bar's Japanese menu, and gave me free rein to create various objects for serving sushi. For the past two years, we've been working together on every stage of the Spacetalk project: first, serving trays, then bento boxes, and soon, bottle covers.

ESKA

Eska is an artisan working with natural bee wax. We collaborated on a limited-edition collection of candle holders in a simple, raw style inspired by Bauhaus. Eska presented a new color that complemented the collection, which we sold together on his website. We also both participated in the photoshoot, which we envisioned as a lifestyle shoot with a vibrant, lively setting.
